Site Rental

Liberty Hall Historic Site has seen countless weddings and other special events in its history. It can be the site of your special event, too. The grounds and gardens at the site are available for your wedding, reception, dinner, or other special occassion. The interiors of the historic houses, however, are not available for rental.

Rental policies

Because Liberty Hall Historic Site is a museum and is in a residential neighborhood, there are certain restrictions by which the lessee will need to abide. Please read the Guidelines carefully.

Rental rates

1. The cost to rent the grounds and gardens at Liberty Hall Historic Site:

0-75 people costs $250.00
76-175 people costs 500.00
176-250 people costs $750.00

2. A $100 damage deposit will be added to the rental rate. After the event has taken place, the $100 damage deposit is refundable if there is no damage to the property and the grounds are cleaned satisfactorily as determined by the director of Liberty Hall Historic Site.

3. The lessee must put $200 down on the total rental cost at the time the contract is signed. The total balance is then due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.

4. The $200 down payment is refundable if the event is cancelled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the rental date. If the event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, the down payment is forfeited.
