10am FREE EVENT This fun and free event is perfect for anyone - kids, adults, and families - who love the outdoors and want to learn more about common woodpeckers and other birds in Kentucky. KSU Extension Associate Kasia Bradley will start us off indoors with a short presentation all about woodpeckers. We will also learn about different kinds of man-made nesting boxes that might be suitable for your own backyard! Then we will venture out into the garden for a guided bird walk and pick a spot for Liberty Hall's new woodpecker nesting box. If you have any questions, please email gardens@libertyhall.org.
