Our mission at Liberty Hall Historic Site is to serve the public by preserving collections and sharing stories that illustrate urban life in early Kentucky through the contributions of Senator John Brown and his family and demonstrate the ways in which the people and customs of the past relate to the world today.
We are governed by a 23-person board and a Museum Properties Committee that aids in the interpretation, restoration, and maintenance of the Site.
Liberty Hall Historic Site is owned and operated by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The Commonwealth of Kentucky and The Orlando Brown House serves as their headquarters. NSCDA-KY is a member of The National Society of the Colonial Dames of America.
