Thank you for your interest in Liberty Hall Historic Site for your event rental!

We can accommodate a wide variety of events including weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, bridal or baby showers, meetings, corporate events, reunions, receptions, and more!

For a guest count of 50 people or fewer, please see our rental contract for Orlando Brown House Rental.  

Pricing starts at $1500+ 

For a guest count of 75 people or more, please see our rental contract for Liberty Hall Site Rental.  

Pricing starts at $3000+ 

 

*Pricing for both rentals are included in the contract. Contract does not include pricing variables such as alcohol costs, bartender costs, damage fees, etc. as these items will vary for each event.* Pricing listed above are for full day event rentals. Bourbon & Browns is an evening filled with fun, laughter, food, and of course, Bourbon. The evening will include our guest speakers and honorary chairs, Shelley & Bruce Richardson, Elmwood Inn Fine Teas, (pictured below), the ever-popular Distillers’ Showcase, raffle drawings for incredible prizes*, and a dinner of fine Kentucky cuisine  – all within the famed Liberty Hall gardens.

LibertyHall by Hilly optPublic Tours:  Monday - Saturday at 11:30am and 1:30pm    

Guided tours start at Liberty Hall, 218 Wilkinson St. at 11:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.

Monday through Saturday, and last about an hour.

$15 Specialty Tours (Seasonal, please check for availability).

$10 Guided Tour Admission Ages 13 and Over

$5 Ages 6-12

Free for children 5 and under.

Tickets must be pre-purchased.  Purchase tickets.    

Museums for All participants must show proof of valid ID and SNAP benefits card. *Museums for All admission is valid for up to four people per SNAP benefit card.*  

Tours are unavailble on Saturday, April 27th 2024 due to our fundraising event, Bourbon and Browns.

Enjoy the gifts from the garden in our online Spring Plant Sale! All of the products for sale come from our gardens using sustainable harvesting practices - only collecting the "extras" the garden has produced. These garden gifts are bespoke and will vary from season to season and year to year, so snatch it up while you can!

All items in our plant sale are for pick up only!

Mothers Garden Social Media

Mothers' Garden - Now through May 8th

Mothers' Garden serves as a memorial garden that offers our community the opportunity to honor their mothers, grandmothers, or any maternal figure in their life through spring ephemerals, ferns, and other woodland species planted in their name.

For a minimum $25 donation, each honoree receives a Mothers' Day card with seeds from our historic garden, as well a Kentucky native plant planted in their name in Mother's garden. Together, we share a legacy of beauty, love, and remembrance for all to experience through the greatest of all, Mother Earth. We invite you to visit our garden throughout the season for photos, moments of reflection, or sharing with your families.

It will ask how many donations you would like to make and where to send the card. Should your donation be In Memory Of and you do not wish to send a card, please denote within the field provided. In order to receive a card, donations must be made by Wednesday May 8th 2024.
